Description -
Job Summary
- This position involves executing and enhancing sales cycle operational procedures, working with stakeholders, and documenting processes while ensuring compliance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to spot improvement opportunities, create reports for senior management, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Develop expertise, manage operational risks, and guide junior team members effectively.
Responsibilities
- Drive multiple operational processes within the sales cycle, such as configuration & quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders like senior management to align processes with business objectives.
- Maintain process documentation, including SOPs, to ensure adherence to standards.
- Analyze data deeply to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports on process performance and present findings to senior management.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving processes affecting the customer experience.
- Develop subject matter expertise, stay updated on industry trends, and mitigate operational risks.
- Address and resolve operational issues promptly and guide junior team members effectively.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-7 years of experience in sales, operations management, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP)
