Requisitos:

Licenciatura en administración o Mercadotecnia o afin (titulado)

5+ años en conocimientos marketing digital y comunicación publicitaria

Ingles avanzado (indispensable)

Manejo de paquetería Office y Adobe

Softskills: Visión de negocio, implementación de campañas de marketing, estrategia de medios y publicación

Actividades del puesto:

Implementación de la Comunicación de Postpago de acuerdo al plan comercial de Postpago en tiempo y forma// Conocimiento a detalle del plan comercial, estar enterado/a de los cambios que puedan venir, anticiparse a cualquier cambio y mantener constante comunicación de esto a las agencias. Asegurarse que todas las áreas involucradas (Redes Sociales, Web, Digital) tengan conocimiento de los lanzamientos de postpago y que cuenten con el tiempo suficiente para trabajar el proyecto y entregar en la fecha acordada.

Responsable de la elaboración de briefs hacia las agencia de Publicidad y de Medios // Conocimiento del mercado, ya que es necesario conocer los insights de los usuarios de la categoría, saber sus gustos, sus motivaciones, entender que los motiva a hacer sus compras. Este conocimiento es necesario para plasmarlo en las diferentes estrategias de comunicación.

Enlace directo con el área de Segmento, encargado de recopilar y entender a profundidad los diferentes productos, ofertas y promociones // Será el enlace y responsable de conseguir toda la información necesaria para la elaboración de los briefs de las agencias de publicidad y medios. Sera responsable de aclarar cualquier duda siendo el enlace con el Segmento.

Tendrá que llevar un control detallado de cada uno de los proyectos del segmento postpago, llevando un archivo actualizado semanalmente con cada uno de los proyectos para no afectar los KPIS de postpago
