About the team/role

DiDi FINTECH Experience Operations team is the core team that guarantees a quality user experience.The team is business representative in the customer experiene aspect, and targets to improve the overall service level by handling complex consulting issues, precipitating SOPs, and driving product optimization. This is a fast growing new business for DiDi, and we are looking for candidates with user awareness, innovation and excellent problem solving skills to join us and drive the business to take off.



In this role, you'll be...
  • 1. Support to systematize user experience management system, support build experience quantitative assessment capability, and establish perfect user voice collection channels;
  • 2. Through VOC analysis, support voice listening, open to search industry insights, and excavate the user experience all-link possible issues and possible potentials;
  • 3. Cooperate fully with customer service team to support the realization of service program optimization.

  • 1.Undergraduate and above students, Students majoring in customer psychology, economics, statistics and other related fields are preferred
  • 2. Native Spanish speaker and capable to use English as work language
  • 3. Goal-oriented, with good self-driven and learning ability, with strong user-oritation sense analysis, and communication skills
  • 4. Internship experience in internet/financial technology industry, or user experience and research is preferred
