Job Description

Danfoss Mexico esta buscando un Tecnico de EHS para la planta de Apodaca Nuevo Leon. Tecnico de EHS es una posición clave para la implementación y seguimiento de politicas, reglas,cumplimiento corporativo/legal, actividades e iniciativas de EHS, provee soporte en la estructura de EHS especialmente apoyando en las áreas operativas para mantener los controles operacionales identificando, reportando y tomando acción ante desviaciones de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Asegura, identifica y da seguimiento a los controles operacionales del manejo de sustancias quimicas, disposición de residuos, asi como identificar posibles fugas, derrame, etc, que pudieran generar un impacto ambiental.
  • "Realiza recorridos diarios para identificar y asegura que el personal, maquinaria y equipo en la operación están trabajando de forma segura y bajo los controles operacionales, en caso de desviaciones actua de forma inmediata y realiza la comunicación/reporte correspondiente a las áreas involucradas.
  • Valida la inspección, mantenimiento y operación de equipo de emergencia (extintores, hidrantes, sprinklers, bomba contra incendio,etc.)
  • Evalua los riesgos y controles antes de liberar permisos de trabajo de Contratistas.
  • Participa en diferentes actividades de implementación, seguimiento y validación de Seguridad como pueden ser, LOTO, Seguridada de Maquinaria, Analisis de Riesgos, etc."
  • Identifica y asegura que las areas operativas estan cumpliendo con las regulaciones (STPS, SSA, etc.), estandares internos, controles operacionales, programas medicos y condiciones de medio ambiente de trabajo, para evitar posibles lesiones ergonomicas y/o enfermedades ocupacionales.
  • "Asegura, mantiene y promueve una cultura de EHS en todas las áreas operativas, realizando recorridos y retroalimentación al personal, realizando campañas de concientización, programas, etc.
  • Realiza entrenamientos de EHS para todos los empleados, contratistas y/o visitantes para asegurar que se conozcan y sigan las reglas y politicas de EHS, buscando evitar posibles incidentes, enfermedades ocupacionales y/o impactos al medio ambiente"
  • "Realiza reportes de incidentes de EHS y asegura la investigación inicial, da seguimiento al cierre de las acciones.
  • Mantiene actualizado el registro de incidentes de forma electronica y en las áreas operativas."
  • Realiza Recorridos/Gembas de EHS de forma periodica con las áreas operativas, participa de la preparación para auditorías de nuestros sistemas de gestión ISO 14001/ ISO45001, corporativo, etc.
  • Realiza atención basica de primeros auxilios en caso de un incidente y/o emergencia acorde a los procedimientos establecidos en la compañía.
  • Responde de forma inmediata ante una situación de emergencia acorde a los procedimientos internos para salvaguardar la integridad del personal y las instalaciones
  • Participa en la realización de analisis de riesgo y evaluación de aspectos ambientales
  • Primer respondiente en caso de un incidente de EHS, realiza la investigación inicial, asegura el área, detiene equipos/procesos de ser requerido, define acciones de contención en conjunto con las áreas de operación, mantenimiento, procesos, etc.; participa de la investigación de causas y da seguimiento a las acciones correctivas/preventivas
  • Participa en el aseguramiento de la adecuada disposición de residuos en planta y verifica los correctos controles en las áreas de Scrap & PTAR.
