**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Responsible to support HR Operations in Mexicali Site, acting as a training coordinator developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs, development of training Matrix, Training annual plan ( Technical and Soft skills) for all employees.Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing training programs for Mexicali Site, HR training and more-Choosing appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc)-Knowledge of STPS procedures and policies for training- Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed- Training methods and techniques knowledge-Design & prepare training materials supporting Operations -Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs -Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session -Partner with internal stakeholders regarding training needs-Maintain updated database and training records**Experiência y requisitos**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources/Labor Relations or related field.- Minimum 1- 2 yrs of experience working as an TrainingExcel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Tress**Organización**- Medline**Giro**- Manufacturera**Actividad principal**- Global manufacturer and distributor of medical products with patient-centered solutions.**Número de empleados**- ******Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** Lunes a viernes de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
