You enjoy working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and are passionate about using financial data to support better business decisions. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders, and thrive in a structured, process-driven setting. You demonstrate professionalism in everything you do and value building strong relationships within and outside your team. You are bilingual (English/Spanish) as part of your role.

**What You’ll Do**

**As a Financial Analyst JR, you will**:

- Support Managers and Directors in Sales and Operations by preparing financial reports and performing expense analysis.
- Assist business partners in complying with the company’s purchasing policy.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams during month-end close, preparing accrual journal entries and supporting reclassifications.
- Maintain and update capital expenditure reports by project.
- Provide support to the administrator of the Adaptive financial planning tool.
- Assist Finance team members with monthly financial performance reporting.
- Build strong working relationships with Finance colleagues in Mexicali and Carlsbad and travel quarterly to Carlsbad to support team alignment.
- Maintain accurate written documentation of procedures, and ensure files and records meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold the company’s values and culture by demonstrating professionalism and accountability in your day-to-day work.
- Actively contribute to a culture of engagement.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 6 months of experience in a financial or accounting role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
