We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments to our vendors.This position is ideal for someone with foundational accounting knowledge who is eager to develop their skills within a large, complex organization.- A degree in something like Accounting, Finance, or Business.- **At least 1 year of experience working in a finance or accounting role.**:- A basic understanding of how money and payments work in a business.- Comfortable using computers, especially Excel.- You're super careful with details and like things to be accurate.- Good at staying organized and managing your time to get things done.- You can communicate clearly, both in writing and when talking to people.- Able to solve problems and figure things out.- Can work well by yourself and as part of a team.**Bonus Points (Nice to Have)**:- Experience specifically in Accounts Payable.- Experience using big company finance systems (SAP preferred).- Worked in a large company before, maybe even in the auto industry.- Know-how with systems that automate tasks.Usage of AI tools.DISCLAIMERFord Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.- Handle and process invoices from our suppliers, making sure everything looks right to be paid.- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery info to check for accuracy.- Prepare and process payments to suppliers.- Keep track of vendor accounts.- Keep our accounts payable files current and organized.- Help out with accounting tasks at the end of the month such as subledgers and others.- Make sure we follow all of Ford's payment rules and procedures.- Look for ways to make our invoice process smoother and more efficient.
