Accounts Payable AnalystIf you have experience in accounts payable and are fluent in English, we have the best job opportunity for you.When you join us you will receive:- Income of up to $28,000 per month.- Benefits in excess of the law- Major medical insurance- Life insurance- Food vouchers- Savings fund- Stability and professional developmentRequirements to apply:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or related career.- At least 1 year experience in accounts payable.- Proficiency in SAP and Office (basic).- Desirable experience of 2 years in the area.Main responsibilities:- Perform the accounting of invoices and other similar payable to suppliers, creditors and employees, with the objective of achieving the correct accounting imputation and control of debts and obligations.- Review the analysis and control of monies to be rendered, fixed funds and corporate cards; with the purpose of contributing to the correct handling of operations and their due registration.- To issue monthly, quarterly and annual reports (analysis and issuance of notes to financial statements, etc.); in order to contribute to the availability of information for decision making.- Prepare the analysis of accounts and preparation of financial and accounting reports, especially control of invoices to be received, reconciliation of suppliers (circularization of debts and control of aging accounts payable); with the purpose of following up and complying with the deadlines established for the accounts and their impact on accounting.
