**Order Management and Planning Specialist**:**At ABB, we are dedicated to addressing global challenges.Our core values: care, courage, curiosity, and collaboration - combined with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities - are key drivers in our aim to empower everyone to create sustainable solutions.That's our story.Make it your story.**:**This position reports to**:Procurement Team Lead**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes, skills, and tools.Each day, you will support performance improvement, including customer on-time delivery and lead time.You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the NEMA Motors division in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco.You will be mainly accountable for: - Maintaining the right inventory levels, optimizing them according to the company's targets while ensuring high customer service level.- Supporting and maintaining inventory management processes for finished/semi-finished goods and/or raw materials in line with company guidelines.- Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.- Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.**Qualifications for the role**:- You have 2-3 years of experience in production planning or similar positions.- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related- Intermediate-Advanced English communication skills (oral and written)- Excel management in an Intermediate-Advanced level- Experience and management of SAP or similar ERP- PowerBI management as an asset**What's in it for you?**:- Be yourself: join one or many of our Employee Resource Groups and make a difference- Evolve in your career: through trainings and our Open Job Market, your career development continues- Learn from highly experienced, genuine, and caring colleagues - people who are committed to helping you achieve your personal and professional goals.**Benefits**:- Paid Parental leave (gender neutral)- Life insurance- Healthcare plan- Retirement plan- Wellbeing program- Dental insurance- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)**More about us**:
