His / her work primarily includes Complete order processing for Drop shipment orders, order tracking and any international trade operations required to deliver orders B2B/B2C and direct orders to end user. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to) project development, process flow improvement, informational analysis, and critical thinking to communicate to multiple teams and grow the business.His /Her goal is to manage and lead drop shipment order management related activities to improve supply and customer service to customers.Key Skills- Effective communication in English and Spanish- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and resilience- Excellent Organizational and Planning Skills- Strong attention to detail- Creativity to create and discover new opportunities- Numerical skills with excellent analytical skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills- Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.- Flexible to the changing environment- Clear knowledge of IntcotermsJob Responsibilities:- OTC order processing for Drop shipments.- Allocation of inventory to orders,- Price maintenance in orders- Provide ETA’s and order related info to customers- Provide Territory Managers with Sales order Confirmation and feedback status.- Follow through with Freight Forwarder/Client Coordination- Send documentation to customers to solve claim issues, and complete Drop shipment processes,HARMAN is an Equal Opportunity /Affirmative Action employer.
