**About GetYourGuide**:GetYourGuide is the globally leading marketplace for unforgettable travel experiences.Travelers use GetYourGuide to discover the best things to do in a destination.Since its founding in ****, people from all over the world have booked more than 200 million tours, activities, and attraction tickets through GetYourGuide.Powered by a global team of over 800 travel experts and technologists, we are headquartered in Berlin and have 15 local offices around the world.Visit our careers website to learn more.**Team mission**:We are searching for an outstanding **Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager**to establish, maintain, and grow partnerships with some of the world's leading brands throughout Latin America.The role reports to the Head of Partnerships, AMER, and will play a pivotal role in growing GetYourGuide's market share throughout Latin America.**You will**:- Strategically expand our portfolio in Latin America while owning, managing, and growing a multi-million dollar portfolio of enterprise accounts and industry relationships- Build a strong pipeline of exceptional partnership prospects that offer the growth potential to grow Latin America's GMV contribution- Contribute to the design of, and execute, playbooks, sales, and growth systems needed to penetrate strategic verticals.- Develop strong internal partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize revenue opportunities to improve deal progressions.- Be accountable for selling to existing customers and net new customers.- Work closely with Legal, FP&A, Partner Tech, Supply, Accounting, Product, Brand and Growth Marketing Teams to build feasible partnership structures, ensure compliance with contractual terms and achievement of partnership milestones, and maximize the impact of the GetYourGuide brand.- Communicate strategies, impact, lessons learned, and next steps to GetYourGuide leadership regularly through weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates.- Represent GetYourGuide by interfacing with business leaders in an acute business setting (sales pitches, ongoing partner meetings, etc) and at industry events.**Who you are**:- 7+ years of experience working in sales, key account management, or business development functions at high-growth marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or online travel tech companies- Connected, have a good network and reputation.- Proficient and have an understanding of affiliate marketing and Strategic Partnerships.- Good business acumen and commercial instincts, specifically in contract negotiation and relationship management.- An understanding of online marketplace dynamics, with demonstrated success in driving growth, tangible results, and KPI improvements- An entrepreneurial attitude to win and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Highly collaborative, outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills with a strong win-win mentality and natural ability to build relationships- Data-driven and results-oriented- Excited to spend up to 30% of your time travelling.- Model GetYourGuide's in-person first value and work from the office 3+ days per week.- Proficiency in Spanish **(required)** and Portuguese (preferred)**How we set you up for success**:- Virtual stock options make you an integral part of the company's success- Invest in your development with an annual personal growth budget- Private health insurance ("Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores") coverage for you and your dependents.- GetYourGuide offers meal support to all employees, usually in the form of lunch vouchers *****MXN Monthly)- Enjoy flexibility with a hybrid work-from-home and telecommuting policy- Gym benefits and memberships (via local provider Wellhub)- Save on transportation costs with discounted public transportation tickets *****MXN monthly)- Receive a 20% discount on GetYourGuide experiences.- Support your loved ones with generous maternity and paternity leave policiesAnd more...**We look forward to hearing from you**:**We are an equal-opportunity employer**:**Important notice: Protect yourself from recruitment scams**:- #LI-Hybrid_
