**About us**:Fairplay is a tech-based financing enable that supports entrepreneurs' growth with a flexible, fast & friendly product.Our vision is to create financial and technological products that accelerate the entrepreneurs' competitive capabilities.Our main objective is to give access to growth capital to thousands of SMEs of the new digital economy in Latin America, becoming the main source of financing and BI for the fastest growing sectors in the region.We want to help thousands of entrepreneurs make better decisions with data and insights from our platform.**About the role**As a Core Specialist, you will hold a key position in overseeing and managing critical day-to-day operations within our organization.Your responsibilities will be central to ensuring the smooth functioning of our core operations, maintaining financial integrity, and upholding service excellence standards.**Responsibilities**- Verify accuracy and completeness of all disbursement process.- Lead and manage projects aimed at optimizing processes within the operations area.- In charge of all day-to-day core operations.- Make adjustments and modifications to core contracts.- Validate all payments completed by direct debit or transfer of each customer with active credits.- Manage operational service SLAs to ensure excellence.- Vendors approval: Vendors are requested every day by our customers.For them to be approved, vendors must be related to the working capital for our customers.**Requirements**:- Academic background in engineer, business, or finance.- 1 year experience in operational positions.- Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.- Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and a great sense of humor
