Engagement Manager Location : Morelia, Mexico Language Requirement : Native / Fluent Spanish with good English skills About the Role We are looking for an Engagement Manager to act as bridge between team in Morelia / Mexico City. The role is focused on stakeholder engagement, strategy building, and program coordination, while also requiring strong leadership skills to lead discussions and influence decisions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders Build strong relationships and trust with leadership and business teams. Understand IT requirements and ensure they align with priorities and roadmap. Contribute to IT strategy building and ensure initiatives support digital transformation vision. Provide leadership, anticipating risks and recommend solutions. Coordinate multiple programs to ensure priorities, dependencies and outcomes. Represent as a strategic leader and trusted advisor within. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 15+ years of experience in IT engagement, consulting, or program coordination roles. Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practices. Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment on strategic decisions. Fluency in Spanish (required) and good proficiency in English. Job Type : Contract Contract length : 12 months Pay : $ - $ per hour Expected hours : 40 per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
