**Engagement Manager****Location**: Morelia, Mexico**Language Requirement**: Native/Fluent Spanish with good English skills**About the Role**We are looking for an Engagement Manager to act as bridge between team in Morelia/Mexico City. The role is focused on stakeholder engagement, strategy building, and program coordination, while also requiring strong leadership skills to lead discussions and influence decisions**Key Responsibilities**- Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders- Build strong relationships and trust with leadership and business teams.- Understand IT requirements and ensure they align with priorities and roadmap.- Contribute to IT strategy building and ensure initiatives support digital transformation vision.- Provide leadership, anticipating risks and recommend solutions.- Coordinate multiple programs to ensure priorities, dependencies and outcomes.- Represent as a strategic leader and trusted advisor within.**Qualifications & Experience**- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.- 15+ years of experience in IT engagement, consulting, or program coordination roles.- Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation practices.- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment on strategic decisions.- Fluency in Spanish (required) and good proficiency in English.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: $550.00 - $600.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per week
