**Lanus Tech** es un holding que agrupa a diferentes empresas del ramo tecnológico.En Lanus Tech llevamos más de 30 años apoyando a las organizaciones en su proceso de transformación digital; con presencia internacional, contamos con nuestra sede en México, y oficinas en Colombia, Perú, Guatemala, Estados Unidos, y a su vez operaciones en España y próximamente África.Dentro de la empresa ofrecemos oportunidades de crecimiento, convenios para certificaciones y educación continua, además de la posibilidad de desarrollar su perfil laboral a nível internacional.Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un **HR Manager** cuyo objetivo de la posición es garantizar la correcta aplicación de los estándares, políticas y procesos de recursos humanos y asesorar a los líderes y asociados sobre temas de recursos humanos.Participa en el desarrollo de estrategias de recursos humanos, implementación de procesos clave y soporte de consultoría para optimizar el capital humano e impactar el negocio mediante la implementación de medidas de recursos humanos apropiadas.Lidera, apoya e impulsa las actividades de desarrollo organizacional de los asociados como evaluaciones, transition workshops, coaching y career development.Desarrollar y rastrear métricas apropiadas para evaluar el desempeño organizacional de manera sistémica y garantiza el logro exitoso de los objetivos.**Habilidades deseables**:- +5 años de experiência en **diferentes áreas de RR.HH.(Desarrollo organizacional, preferiblemente relaciones laborales)**:- +5 años de experiência en la industria de **TI, Embedded systems, manufactura, electrónica.**:- **Bilingüe inglés/español**:- Dominio de paquetería de Office- Experiência en Adquisición de talento, análisis de compensación**Softskills**- Habilidad diplomática y asertividad.- Integración y motivación con el equipo.- Solución de problemas- Autonomía- Innovación- LiderazgoTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $60,****** al mesLicencia/Certificación:- ITIL Foundation (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
