**Sales Planning Automotive (Customer Service)**Location Guadalajara, MexicoFORVIA HELLA is a listed, international automotive supplier.Coming together with Faurecia in the FORVIA Group, we build the world's seventh largest supplier of automotive technologies.As a global market leader in high-growth areas, FORVIA employs 157,000 people worldwide.FORVIA HELLA therein stands for high-performance lighting technology and automotive electronics.At the same time, we cover a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special vehicles with our Business Group Lifecycle Solutions.With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year ****.**YOUR TASKS**Job ObjectiveActing as an interface between internal and external customers, and all respective Planning Logistics staff atplant.Responsible to ensure customer requirements are well understood and followed, and to communicate,and negotiate with customers regarding operational objectives and/or constraintsEnsuring one face to the customer, since customer demand is received within plant until final product is deliveredto customer facilitiesImproving delivery service level constantly while optimizing logistics costsSupporting training of other Sales Planners in performing their daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and supportthem within escalations, system settings and communication to customers.Guarantee correct master data andsystem settings, and trigger constant process improvementsSupporting to ensure corporate guidelines as well as national and international law, regarding processing internaland external customer orders and initiating their deliveries**Responsibilities**:A Sales Scheduling1 Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well asmonitoring Kanban control loops to the customer, or controlling consignment movements2 Ensuring complex customer orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthlypriorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan.Raising awareness for customer call-off fluctuations and demand de- or increases effecting production3 Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supplysituation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status4 Clarifying root causes for delivery delays and communication of adapted delivery schedule to customer.Joining customer visits for any operational clarifications5 Clarifying root causes for inventory level differences in cooperation with responsible persons6 Improving planning quality at plant by analyzing slow sellers and bottleneck devices and share informationwith local planning team for optimization measures7 Determining, entering and managing IT-based master data for area of responsibility8 Actively checking customer portals for new logistics requirements, customer performance evaluations andlogístical claims, and trigger necessary actions9 Contributing to achieve planned finished goods stock level for complex running projects, as well ascomplex ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and ECNs.Supporting also long-term demand planning &capacity planning by informing proactively all internal planning positions relevant about customerrequirement changes**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Education:Degree in engineering, administrative or similarExperience in similar position minimun 1-2 yearsExperiences in all or some of the following industries: Metalmechanics, Machining, electromechanical integration or automotive.English *****% (written, read, and talked)SAP (required)- Skills:Client and results orientedInnovative thinkingEffective communicationTeamworkLeadershipNegotiationMARLEN TORRESPhone:
