Join The Only Bean on our mission to create innovative and delicious healthy food products.We're a small, passionate team based in Las Vegas, NV, with global remote team members.Looking to hire a full-time sales coordinator with 1-3 years of experience of order management, logistics coordination, and customer service.Please make sure your resume is in EnglishResponsibilitiesAssist sales team with daily sales activities, including order processing, customer service, and logistics coordination.Maintain and update sales trackers and customer records for accuracy and accessibility.Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, supply chain) to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and distribute sales materials and presentations.Complete vendor forms and handle customer inquiries promptly.Requirements1-3 years of experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the CPG or food industry.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP / CRM software.Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.Passion for growth.Please write "Bean Squad" at the beginning of your cover letter.Should be fluent in English.Pay : $24, $33 per month#J-*****-Ljbffr
