Sales Administration Coordinator

As a SALES ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR, you will be responsible for coordinating customer service and support activities, as well as overseeing sales strategies and customer service administrative activities, reviewing and troubleshooting issues.**Key Responsibilities**- Administrative management of the follow-up of the sale (credit notes, follow-up to the collection and realization of reports).- Support Vantage Point systems, supporting documentation, export compliance, personal data protection and loan contracts.- Responsible for the preparation of requisitions and follow-up to the administrative expenses of the SBU.- Support the administrative monitoring of the work plans of the commercial team, supporting the fulfillment of agreements with customers.- Responsible for conducting internal audits that ensure adherence to the procedures established by the financial and control areas.- Supervise the accurate use and management of distribution contracts, such as data and internal control documentation, relating to customers to follow up and support the generation of credit notes, issuing reports that allow analyzing their causes.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Administration or related.- Proficient user in Microsoft Office.- Desirable experience of 3-5 years of commercial knowledge in the area of Repainting.- Knowledge of the processes of invoicing, collection, credit, inventories, discounts, contract administration, completion of formats and internal reports.- English proficiency intermediate**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
