Our culture values **Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation, and Excellence**—ensuring we create real impact for our clients and growth opportunities for our team.**Mission**: Build simple, scalable solutions using Blockchain, IoT, and AI to enable customers to realize unprecedented business value year after year.**Vision**: Become an advanced IT company powered by happy, intellectual, and extraordinarily capable people.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage **Enterprise Architecture projects** from planning through delivery.- Act as the primary point of contact for **US-based clients**, translating their business needs into project goals.- Develop and manage **detailed project plans**, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.- Use both **Agile and Waterfall** methodologies to adapt project execution based on context and client preference.- Foster **effective communication** across teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.- Identify potential **project risks** early and implement strategies for mitigation and resolution.- Prepare and deliver **regular status reports** to ensure transparency and accountability.- Promote **teamwork and excellence**, mentoring junior staff where applicable.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration**, or a related field.- Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in IT, with significant exposure to **Enterprise Architecture** initiatives.- Solid understanding of **Enterprise Architecture frameworks** (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is a plus.- Expertise in **Agile (Scrum/Kanban)** and **Waterfall** project management methodologies.- Proven **leadership and stakeholder management** skills across diverse, global teams.- Excellent **written and verbal communication** in English.- Strong **organizational skills**, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams (Mainframe, Web, Cloud, Data Science) is an advantage.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: A partir de $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Bebidas gratis- Descuento de gimnasio- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Horarios flexibles- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro dental- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono mensualTipo de jornada:- Diurno- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en Lafayette, 44600 Guadalajara, Jal.
