This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and all while aligning with the unique needs of manufacturing systems and processes.**The opportunity**:- Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for IT initiatives across manufacturing plants.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and production teams, to gather and define project requirements.- Lead cross-functional teams to implement ERP systems, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and other manufacturing IT solutions.- Coordinate with vendors and third-party contractors when needed.- Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.).- Mitigate project risks and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery.- Ensure all systems and integrations adhere to cybersecurity and compliance standards.- Maintain documentation and report on project progress to executives and stakeholders.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.**What you need**:- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in discrete manufacturing.- Proven experience implementing or managing ERP, MES, or other manufacturing-related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor, Siemens Opcenter, Scada etc.).- Strong understanding of discrete manufacturing processes (e.g., BOMs, work orders, routing, scheduling, inventory management).- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.- Desired Skills:- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.- Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and automation in manufacturing.- Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.- Familiarity with cloud solutions and cybersecurity practices in industrial environments.- Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.**Benefits**Employees receive mandatory and non-mandatory benefits such as fourteen (14) days of vacation beginning on the date of hire, vacation premium, ten (10) paid holidays, a Christmas Bonus of thirty (30) days’ pay, Monthly Food Vouchers, Saving Fund, and health insurance.
