**Senior Financial Analyst / Accounting Consultant****Department**: Finance & Accounting**Position Summary**:We are seeking a results-oriented and detail-driven **Senior Financial Analyst / Consultant** to join our dynamic team.This role involves managing the financial operations for multiple clients in close coordination with our onshore U.S. M.X. based team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strategic insights to support our clients' success.**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage day-to-day financial operations for multiple clients in collaboration with the onshore team.- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including full month-end close processes.- Prepare comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports).- Review and/or prepare detailed month-end balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation.- Conduct financial analysis and prepare regular reports to assess performance and trends.- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash flow projections.- Support client relationship management and provide tailored financial advice and guidance.- Mentor and train junior team members, including coordination with offshore staff.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial consulting.- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Proficiency in Excel and financial software tools (QUICKBOOKS)- Bilingual English/Spanish.- Experience managing multiple client accounts is a plus.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesPregunta(s) de postulación:- Expectativa salarial?Escolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- QuickBooks: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 25 % (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
