**Description**:
**Financial analysts are responsible for tracking a company's financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports**:

- **Earned Hrs/ Absorption Report (Daily Productivity Tracker) **Filing Activities**:

- **CAPEX File tracking**:

- **Freight/Sterilization cost File updates**:

- **Sterilization Accrual**:

- **Inbound freight expense recon vs actual imports.**:

- **Prepare, distribute and present accurate Financial Reports on time**:

- **Project Tracking**:

- **KPI Metrics update**:

- **Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.**:

- **Prepare analysis of accounts as requested**:

- **-Assists in required audits. **:**-Support with Budget and Forecast **:**-Update of Expense request/po vs budget file. **:**-Support in capitalization, creation of assets files and follow up **:**-Adoch Reporting**:
**Qualifications**:
**Educat **ion**:

- Education: Bachelor Degree in Accountant or Finance
- Minimum 2- 3 yrs of experience working as an Accountant or Finance Analyst
- Training in SAP experience required

Bilingual: Spanish - English +85%.

**Technical skills**:

- Extensive knowledge in Intermediate to advance experience in Excel functions, pivot tables, index, match, sumifs VBA macros is a plus Accounting Principles knowledge, data analysis. **Interpersonal skills**:

- Administrative Skills: knowledge of the whole organization and interaction of each department planning ability (Medium and Long Term), efficient work control, teamwork, results orientation and high performance, Attention to detail and accuracy, planning and organizing, scheduling and monitoring, Problem Solving.
