LocationRemote (Latin America) CompanyReadyCare Home Health Care – https://readycarehomehealth.com/ Job TypeFull-Time Independent Contractor (USD compensation) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Payroll Specialist to support our caregiver workforce and ensure accurate, timely billing across all clients and insurance partners. This role plays a critical part in maintaining invoice accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting both contractors and internal teams. You’ll work closely with caregivers, schedulers, and the billing department to ensure all invoices, schedules, and payments align properly. Key Responsibilities Manage payroll processing for all 1099 contractors. Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor payment questions, especially regarding short payments. Provide clear and timely support to resolve issues and maintain positive contractor relationships. Review and confirm aides’ schedules in Matrix each billing period. Correct scheduling discrepancies to ensure they match caregiver invoices. Track all schedule changes and collaborate with the scheduling team to update or add codes in Matrix. Run caregiver “unconfirmed” reports each billing period to identify missing invoices. Run client reports to identify discrepancies. Contact caregivers to obtain missing invoices. Follow up with caregivers to resolve billing discrepancies or errors. Save, organize, and maintain all caregiver invoices in ShareFile. Qualifications Experience with billing, payroll, or administrative coordination preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers and internal staff. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent follow-ups and deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
