**Requisitos**:- **Inglés** **AVANZADO (Indispensable)**:- Experiência demostrable en UX, preferiblemente en entornos digitales.- Experiência en prototipado de soluciones web (apps, sitios, ecommerce)- Conocimiento profundo de metodologías de investigación de usuarios y técnicas de diseño centradas en el usuario.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo.- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.- Dominio de herramientas de diseño, como Sketch, Adobe XD o Figma.- Dominio de herramientas de investigación de usuarios: Analytics, Hotjar, Survey Monkey, etc.**Responsabilidades**:- Crear wireframes, prototipos y mapas de experiência del usuario para comunicar ideas de diseño y conceptos de manera efectiva.- Realizar investigaciones de usuarios, como entrevistas, encuestas y pruebas de usabilidad, para obtener información valiosa sobre las necesidades y preferencias de los usuarios.- Desarrollar el proceso de diseño centrado en el usuario, desde la investigación y el análisis hasta la implementación y evaluación.- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de diseño, desarrollo y marketing para comprender los requisitos del proyecto y traducirlos en soluciones de experiência de usuario efectivas.- Analizar métricas y datos de uso para identificar oportunidades de mejora y tomar decisiones informadas sobre el diseño.- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y mejores prácticas en diseño de experiência de usuario y contribuir a la evolución continua de nuestros productos y servicios,Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: Hasta $1.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Ciudad de México, CDMX
