Your tasks The Supplier Quality Assurance will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance guidelines, monitoring supplier interactions, reviewing completed tasks. The supplier Quality Assurance will be responsible for the assure the correct released of raw material and will be the responsible of laboratory of tests. The objective is to develop and execute tests in order to guarantee the quality of the purchased products (ICO/External Suppliers). - Supplier Quality Control / Quality improvement programs with supplier. - Incoming inspection / Non Conforming Material Control / Generation and Update of the Inspection plan before and after SOP / Assure that the measuring equipment is adequate and in optimal conditions. - Cpk follow up for the supplier processes including "Safe Launch" / Supplier 8D follow up / Follow up to the debit notes due to non conforming material sent by suppliers / Request and follow up of certified shipments when having quality issues with supplier - Internal / External Audit participation. - Support APQP and PPAP on new projects. - Resource coordination to cover all incoming inspection tasks - Develop and implement a cross training program for incoming inspection personnel including a way to measure its efficiency. - Ensure compliance of calibration of equipment and measuring instruments. **Profile**: - 2 years in similar position, product release, raw materials and / or finished product - AIAG Core Tools / PPAP / Problem solving tools / Lessons Learnt / Customer Specific Requirements / MSA - Metrology experience - Laboratory Equipment's. - Dealing with suppliers or foreign customers for at least one year - Conversational English - SAP (Quality TX) **Offer**: At Continental we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination-free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
