**LG Innotek**, Korea's leading electronic components company, is a global materials and components company that vigorously promotes world-class products through continuous technological development and process innovation.Our Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the daily production plan by coordinating and developing continuous improvement skills in the Manufacturing Department, meeting standards on the production lines, and carrying out activities such as:Manage, plan, and optimize all manufacturing processes in the assembly area, ensuring compliance with established quality, cost, and delivery standards.Lead the production team and guarantee the highest levels of efficiency and productivity.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate supervisors and production staff.- Foster a culture of high performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement.- Production Planning and Control: Ensure compliance with the production plan, optimizing the use of resources (labor, materials, equipment) to achieve output goals.- Implement corrective actions based on data analysis.- Ensure that all processes are executed in accordance with company and customer quality standards.- Monitor and comply with daily production schedules in accordance with production control requirements.- KPI Management: Define, monitor, analyze, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the area (OEE, Efficiency, Scrap, Delivery Compliance, etc.) using advanced tools (Excel, ERP).- Provide guidance in determining the steps necessary to achieve optimal machine and process efficiency.- Define and introduce new processes/equipment in accordance with process specifications.Manage process and engineering changes.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.- Experience in Manufacturing Systems.- English level *****%.- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, line balancing, Kaizen, etc.) and Six Sigma.- Leadership and confidence in decision-making.- Personnel management skills.- Minimum 5 years of experience.- Knowledge of integrated circuits (desirable).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $60,****** - $80,****** al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de la vista- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Teléfono de la empresa- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Ingles (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
