**ADIENT / EDIASA PLANTA 4****Solicita**:**Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)****Descripción y Requisitos**- Minimum Qualifications and skills:- BS Industrial Engineering or equivalent.- Fluent in English/Spanish.- 3 years minimum experience in the Quality profession with directly related experience working in the supplier quality field (preferable automotive trim experience)- Strong Communications skills- Able to Travel US/Mexico.- Excellent statistical analysis and quality assurance skills.- High proficiency of microsoft tools (Power Point, Excel, Word).- Statistical Software packages (Minitab).- Strong Coaching Skills.- Strong Core tools.- Knowledge of IATF ***** system- Teamwork oriented.- Past supervisory experience is a must.- ** Duties & Resposibilties**:- Coordinate and lead First Piece Qualification plans, Supplier/process verification efforts, PPAP process, supplier quality system audits, and surveillance program- Works with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues that impact manufacturing and/or require returns or in-house rework- Monitors, tracts and informs suppliers of their performance and partners with the supplier to improve performance- Establishes a close working relationship/partnership with suppliers to assure open and honest communication to resolve or anticipate quality concerns- Monitor and address quality cost reductions with suppliers and incorporate key manufacturing critical-to-quality parameters into supplier processes- Work with design and manufacturing engineering to qualify new product/processes, problem solving, buy-in and support of new processes.- Implement and deploy departmental process control plans and establish process control and methods to monitor critical to quality processes.Puesto: Ingeniero - Calidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
