To that end, Amazon is seeking a rock-star strategic and tactical leader with a penchant for process deployment, communication and boots on the ground, roll up your sleeves success.In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the strategic programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most innovative logistics initiatives.Key job responsibilitiesEnsure that you and the Team remain customer obsessedEnsure that you and the Team take end-to-end ownership of the expanded last mile program and operationStrategic and tactical leadership of last mile initiativesCross functional coordination and task trackingCommunications across various participants to ensure alignment of goals and tasks to guarantee the overall success of the programsStrategic planning and forecasting to appraise performance and problem resolutionAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneouslyWork within various time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hardManagement and execution of cross-functional projects or components of large programs including data gathering, manipulation and analysis, forward looking supply chain approaches and communication of insights & recommendationsCreating and implementing improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customersDeployment to various geographies within Mexico in order to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.External partners negotiation and development skills aligned with AMZL principles.Compliance and internal controls mindset to make sure that external partners are aligned to our requirements.Cost wise thinking process to deliver packages with an optimal cost.Basic Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.
