The goal of Amazon's Global Delivery Strategy Team is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.To meet this goal, we are continually striving to innovate and provide best-in-class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services.Amazon is seeking a rock-star strategic and tactical leader with a penchant for process deployment, communication, and boots-on-the-ground success.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure that you and the Team remain customer obsessed.Take end-to-end ownership of the expanded last mile program and operation.Provide strategic and tactical leadership of last mile initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional teams and track tasks.Communicate across various participants to ensure alignment of goals and tasks, guaranteeing overall program success.Plan and forecast strategically to appraise performance and resolve problems.Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Work within tight time constraints to meet critical business needs; we work fast and hard.Manage and execute cross-functional projects or components of large programs, including data gathering, manipulation and analysis, forward-looking supply chain approaches, and communication of insights & recommendations.Create and implement improvements to our transportation network that deliver flexible and efficient products on behalf of our customers.Deploy solutions to various geographies within Mexico to launch the most innovative delivery solutions.Negotiate and develop external partner relationships aligned with AMZL principles.Maintain a compliance and internal controls mindset to ensure external partners meet our requirements.Think strategically about cost to deliver packages with an optimal cost.Qualifications3+ years of program or project management experience.3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.3+ years of driving process improvements.Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules.Bachelor's degree.Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.We are an equal opportunity employer.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.If the country/region you're applying in isn't listed, please contact your Recruiting Partner.#J-*****-Ljbffr
