Responsibilities Work with a team of engineers and designers to design primary and secondary cladding solutions. Interface with Structural Engineering and Enclosure Engineering practices. Interface with both Clients and Contractors. Performing structural computations in the design and analysis of steel, aluminum, glass, cladding panels, or other miscellaneous enclosure components. Creating analysis models and interpreting results for Technical Designers and Clients. Assisting with construction administration tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review. Assisting with design drawings, quantities, specifications, reports and other project deliverables. Preparing technical studies and reports. Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in cladding design and/or specialty structures engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) S.E. in Structural Engineering Experience with Structural Analysis Software (SAP, Strand 7, GSA, Mepla, or similar) Working knowledge of Modelling Software (Grasshopper, Rhino, Revit, Dynamo, Tekla) Long Span Structures and membranes engineering experience are preferred Must be bi-lingual (English & Spanish) Demonstrated strength in providing excellent customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
