Overview:Guiding PepsiCo is our vision to Be the Global Leader in Beverages and Convenient Foods by Winning with PepsiCo Positive (pep+).pep+ is our strategic end-to-end transformation that puts sustainability and human capital at the center of how we will create value and growth by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for planet and people.Our employees drive our culture.No two days are the same; we are dynamic and full of passionate teams that embrace new ideas through our collaborative spirit.At PepsiCo, we know that ourcommitted to fostering a diverse workforce by creating a collaborative, equitable and inclusive space where everyone, regardless of what we look like, where we come from or who we love, has a voice.At PepsiCo we create a Space to be you.**Responsibilities**:**GBS Advertising & Mkt Analyst****Main Purpose**GBS A&M Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM's planning, reporting and control.This role isresponsible for providing A&M budget and governance for a world class Global Business Service (GBS) for every country insideLATAM region.Responsible of A&M PO generation, A&M tracking, marketing and insights budgeting, contracts etc. across LATAM.Interact and become business partner for OUs category and insights teams as well as commercial finance, deliver accurateinformation to lead decision making process and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) fulfillment.**Accountabilities**- Deliver an excellent service to GBS clients according to SLA's.- Support OU category in the construction of LATAM A&M providing accurate and timely information to support decision making process and ensuring governance controls fulfillment.- Responsible of A&M expense end-to-end process fulfilling all compliance requirements including SOX controls.- Elaborate A&M reports, update and improvements looking for standardization across LATAM's markets and improve visibility including W/NW A&M.- Support OUs in the creation of suppliers and new contracts process and workflows generation.- Send invoice to Accounts Payable team ensuring A&M payments have been made and received.Generate visibility reports of payments if needed.- Responsible of A&M order request creation and authorization process, managing the workflow system.- Responsible of G&A budgeting for marketing services and Mexico Categories and promotions teams.- Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to A&M to advise the GBS A&M manager.Thank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your careerQualifications:**Accountabilities**- Education: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration- Computer literate - Advanced Excel, Power Point, SAP preferred- Language: Spanish / English intermediate- Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work
