Description Job Title: Jr Manufacturing Finance Analyst – GBS Band: B16 Location: Mexico City, Mexico Position at a Glance The Jr Manufacturing Finance Analyst - GBS will join our Supply Chain Finance team in Mexico City as part of our Global Capability Center.This role will support and work directly with our local plant controllers who are based in our factories in North America.The key responsibilities rely on assisting financial reports and analysis associated with our plants.The Jr Analyst role is part of a bigger team focused on helping to understand plant's financial performance and translating it into recommendations and insights.This position reports to the Plant Controller – GBS and indirectly into the on-shore plant controller.The ideal candidate has technical knowledge of large data set management applied to finance environment with analytical mind-set and attention to details, associated with a collaborative approach.What's on Menu?• Support daily, weekly and monthly financial reports including mainly raw/pack materials, labor, maintenance, yield, volume/absorption analysis; • Assist data pulls and analysis of data within Packaging, Raw, Labor and Cycle Counting; • Be part of various financial analysis/scenario studies and provide financial recommendations; • Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan, including product cost standards updates, bridging cost changes and preparing all applicable AOP schedules;1. Education • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineering or a related field;2. Experience • 1+ years of relevant experience; • Good knowledge with software such as Excel (Power Pivot) and ability to work with heavy data set to create, modify and ensure accuracy of complex spreadsheets; • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is considered a plus;3. Skills • Analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail; • Communication skills in English, both written and verbal; • Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment; • Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude; Location(s) Mexico City - Antara Tower A - 5th Floor - Local Office
