**About the role**:**The following position is offered via our affiliate Viacess-Orca.Viacess-Orca is a subsidary of Orange.****About Viaccess-Orca**Viaccess-Orca is a leading global solutions provider of OTT and TV platforms, content protection, and advanced data solutions for a personalized TV experience.Viaccess-Orca is part of the Orange Group with solutions deployed in over 35 countries, reaching more than 27 million subscribers.We spend nearly 4 hours a day watching TV content on different devices: TV, tablet, computer, smartphone.**Viaccess-Orca **combines multicultural expertise to offer innovative solutions to its B to B customers content providers.The solution portfolio includes security, service platforms, and user engagement management (including discovery and content recommendation).**Mission**:You'll join the Presales team operating worldwide and already located in Paris, Rennes, Tel Aviv, Miami and Singapore.Working closely with the sales managers, you build TV solutions proposals (IPTV, OTT, Security) for our prospects and customers in the LATAM area.You analyze their needs, their business challenges, their technical ecosystem and build the most accurate solution proposal in cooperation with the Marketing and Operations teams.**Activities**- Project and Operation management- Facilitate technical meetings to effective response of queries and requirements- Direct technical requirements to the corresponding areas- Follow up on pending tasks- Define priorities and track the progress with corresponding areas- Customer care (availability at night is required)- Support the commercial activity: demos, PoCs, exhibitions, commercial presentations- Identify new potential partnerships in the region- Contribute to the development of the VO roadmap and porfolio**Technical environment**:- Headend (encoding, mux, video servers, origin server, CDN)- Middleware (head end and STB-embedded)- Pay TV Information system- STB, Android, Linux- Oracle and Mongo DB**As the Sr.Project Manager, your main tasks will be**:- Manage relationship with one of our main customers in LatAm- Coordinate the writing of project and technical documentation and reviews with the customer- Organize all coordination meetings (kick-off, weeklies ) with the customer, reportings- Coordinate internally with VO French & Israeli teams or Partners to ensure planning and deliverables quality- Handle escalations, analyze project issues and mitigate risks- Gather and clarify customer new requirements**About you**:**Required skills**- Experience in Video + project management skills + soft skills to manage high profile client- 10+ years in technology, project management and experience managing external customer relationship- Engineer profile with good technical sensitivity and experience- PMO methodology (SoW, planning, risk management, reporting) & knowledge in Agile project management frameworks- Familiar with a Product Owner role- Very rigorous with strong analysis and synthesis capacities- Ability to work effectively across organizations- Strong leadership and customer oriented- Conflict Management skills and ability to work under pressure- Excellent representative, communication, and presentation skills- Fluent in English and Spanish.French is a plus- Ability to work in an international team**Additional information**:The comprehensive independent research revealed that the Company provides excellent employee conditions, nurtures and develops talent throughout all levels of the organization, and has demonstrated its leadership status in the HR environment, always striving to optimize its employment practices and to develop its employees.Because Orange Business Services hires the best people, we work hard to provide benefits that make their lives better, so we offer a comprehensive benefit program which features:Health InsuranceLife InsuranceBonus planMeal AllowancePension PlanBirth benefit**Department**:Hosted Staff, HR Svc Contracts**Contract**:Regular
