Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Ensure the full transparency within assigned projects reporting to different management levels (e.g. Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Project Manager)- Initiation of continuous product development to ensure the QCT targets for the plant; like manufacturing costs, gross margin, non quality expenses; through the analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the project (risk problems, opportunities, threats), looking for driving lean manufacturing.**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Holding a Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering- 3 years of project work experience in automotive or electrical industry- Ability to keep a reliable overview on a multi-disciplinary activities- Customer management experience- SAP skillsTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**ISABELLA LEMMEN MEYER
