And so much more.Come break through with us.Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and passionate EHS Manager to lead and implement environmental, safety, and hygiene strategies at our Monterrey facility. This position is key to ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, certifications, and corporate EHS standards, while driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of safety and environmental excellence.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Direct the implementation of environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, SMS) and develop annual and long-term strategies to achieve compliance and reduce risks.Risk Management: Conduct safety, hygiene, and environmental assessments, mitigate risks, and lead root-cause analyses for incidents.Training & Communication: Provide consultation, education, and training to employees, contractors, and suppliers to maintain compliance and a safe working environment.Performance Metrics: Facilitate management evaluations, set measurable goals, and ensure performance outcomes align with business priorities.Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate standards to the facility.
