Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations (NOMs, environmental laws, STPS, SEMARNAT, etc.) and corporate standards from the planning stage through operational start-up. **Responsabilities**: 1. Implement management programs in accordance with current legislation (JCMS, ISO 14001, 45001, FM Global and others.) 2. Ensure training and execution of Management of Change Process in the current and new projects ensuring non penalties in the process. 4. Collaborate with contractors and internal areas to ensure compliance with EHS policies during construction, installation, and start up. 6. Risk management, Mexican laws and regulations (Federal, State and Local) in Environmental & Occupational, Health and Safety matters, waste management and reduction techniques, ISO 14001 - 45001, CTPAT, OEA, Management of Change, job safety analysis, problem solving and incident investigation methods, environmental management systems, occupational health, and safety management systems, MS Office English >80% MS office
