About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Call Specialist to join our real estate wholesale team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting appointments through high-volume outbound cold calling. Your primary goal will be to identify motivated sellers, qualify prospects based on property condition and timeline, and schedule follow-up meetings for our acquisitions team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, phone based environment and have experience in real estate cold calling, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80+ outbound cold calls daily using provided leads and scripts.
  • Professionally engage prospects, qualify leads, and overcome objections.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team.
  • Accurately log call outcomes and lead details in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily calling and appointment-setting targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, ideally in real estate or wholesaling.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and following scripts.
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and resilience.
  • Ability to qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, and property details.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Nice-to-Have
Previous experience in real estate wholesale or property acquisitions.

Knowledge of local real estate markets (U.S. based).
