Overview:PepsiCo Global Business Services (GBS) works hand-in-hand with teams across the company to deliver, simplify and automate processes and solutions, helping everyone to work more efficiently.We provide capability excellence that enables operational excellence to fuel PepsiCo's growth and drive competitive advantage.The GBS team is powered by a skilled team of experienced colleagues who value collaboration and operate with a solutions-oriented mindset.As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Communications Coordinator****Main Purpose**The purpose of this role is to execute key responsibilities to enable the successful activation of communications strategies, tactics, and change communications plans in support of Mexico Business Service (MBS) and Cairo Business Services (CBS).The desired outcomes are to engage employees within GBS and raise awareness across PepsiCo of GBS capabilities and strategic purpose.Qualifications:**Accountabilities**External communication:- Conceptualize campaigns to be published on social media and create brief/storyboard- Work with design agencies to create a pipeline of social media posts to establish EVP and create brand recall- Create a thought leadership positioning and working with leaders on blogs/articles/posts for social mediaInternal communication:- Responsible for managing Internal Communication processes such as Town Halls, Newsletters, etc.- Strategic, Leadership & Employee communication: Draft, Review content and get communication templates designed which are aligned to brand standards.- Partner with different Towers and Functions to review their respective communication and create design templates as requiredGlobal Initiatives- Partner with global teams and stakeholders to work on projects like GBS Conference, GBS Bootcamp, creating repository of success stories, driving communication for GBS-wide events etc.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree (Communication ,Business, HR, or related)- Fluency in English, spoken and written, along with strong writing skills.- 2/3 years internal communications experience with proven success managing internal communications and/or transformation or change initiatives- Skilled at creating effective messaging- Interpersonal and influencing skills- Creative thinker and multi-media savvy- Ability to work within a matrixed organization- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment across multiple geographies and time zones.- Experience in managing agency resources and budgets- Flexibility to adapt and shift course in a changing business environment.- Understanding of global shared services operations (desirable).**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
