Senior Electronics Testing Specialist

As a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing test processes to ensure product quality and reliability.We are seeking a skilled professional to join us in the electrical / electronic manufacturing industry.This opportunity offers exciting prospects for career growth and development, as well as the chance to collaborate with international teams from Taiwan, China, the Philippines, and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement test plans and procedures to guarantee product quality and performance.Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and reports.Troubleshoot and resolve complex testing equipment and PC malfunctions.Configure, operate, maintain, modify, and calibrate testing equipment to meet strict standards.Optimize equipment and update programs to maintain required tolerances.Identify and implement improvements to equipment and processes to drive efficiency.Evaluate and ensure equipment uptime meets or exceeds departmental targets.Effectively prioritize workloads and manage tasks to achieve deadlines.Provide guidance, leadership, and training to technicians and operators to enhance their skills.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.3-5 years of experience within the electronics industry.Proven track record as a Test Engineer in the electrical / electronic manufacturing industry.Detailed knowledge of wireless product testing principles.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Fully committed to delivering high-quality results and adhering to strict standards.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster effective teamwork.Why Choose Us?Career advancement opportunities in a dynamic and innovative environment.Exposure to global collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.Be an integral part of our global expansion and success story.#J-*****-Ljbffr
