Responsibilities Schnelle und effiziente Unterstützung der User im Bereich von Desktop-PCs, -Produkten und –Services, meist zu normalen Betriebszeiten, vereinzelt in Schicht und Bereitschaft IT-Problemdiagnose und –behandlung Weitergabe von nicht direkt lösbaren IT-Tickets Eigenverantwortliche Überprüfung des Service-Status, z. B. der Zeit bis zur Lösung eines Tickets Zeitnahe Installation und Deinstallation von Hard- und Software mit Hilfe vorliegender Installationstools Schnittstelle zwischen Usern und Service Desk sowie externen Zulieferern Durchführung von Hard- und Softwaretests mit vorliegenden Test- und Diagnosetools sowie anschließender Korrektur oder Weiterleitung, sowie Dokumentation Dokumentation aktueller Hard- und Software zum Update des Konfigurationsmanagements Qualifications Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im professionellen IT-Support wünschenswert, oder nachweisbare private Erfahrung und Affinität für den IT-Bereich Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Betriebssystemen Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Anwendungen, z. B. MS-Office, Oracle etc. Kenntnisse in Ticketsystemen Netzwerkkenntnisse (Anbindung von PCs und anderen Netzwerkgeräten, z. B.
