Incrementar las ventas mediante soluciones logísticas integrales y crear relaciones a mediano y largo plazo como socios de negocio.How you create impactResponsabilidadesDesarrollar comercialmente el territorio asignado con cuentas medianas y grandes (nivel A y B) para el negocio marítimo (FCL & LCL).Expandir negocio de México con un enfoque en fortalecer nuestra presencia en países clave de Europa (Italia, España, Autria)Realizar prospección activa de clientes en campo, telefónico y digitalmente e identificar oportunidades de negocio.Presentar a clientes propuestas de valor y llevar a cabo negociaciones comerciales, asegurando la rentabilidad para la empresa.Administrar plataforma de clientes en sistema CRM garantizando calidad de la información en el registro de KPIs (visitas, llamadas, oportunidades de negocio, alta de clientes, entre otros).Coordinar llamada de implementación con cliente y operaciones de la unidad de negocio.Dar seguimiento activo a los primeros embarques y monitorear el cumplimiento de procesos detallados en ABT y/o acordados en implementación interna y con cliente.Promover y colaborar en el desarrollo de negocio adicional cross selling (Air, Road, Customs, Nacora, Intermodal, Special Projects, Contract Logistics) y up selling (mayor volumen).Asegurar conocimiento y actualización continua del portafolio de productos y servicios de Kuehne + Nagel con el fin de proporcionar la información correcta al cliente.Realizar estudios de mercado para identificar tendencias y oportunidades de negocio.
