Technical Skills Lean (Intermediate - Advanced) Balancing Lines (Basic - Intermediate) Core Tools (Desirable) Green Belt (Desirable) General knowledge of using Minitab Management ofцыя Details could be Solid Work or Inventor (Intermediate) Geometric Tolerances & interpretation of drawings (Intermediate) Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, autocad, Project) Knowledge of tools for problem solving Experience in Equipment / Product Transfers. (Intermediate) Participation and Preparation of Savings Projects Soft skills Organized Strong interpersonal skills Analytical Ability to handle conflicts Strong communication skills Responsible Integrate Team oriented Self-motivated Motivated by your goals Responsibilities Develop standard work systems. Balance manufacturing lines based on time and movement recording studies. Execute continuous improvement activities in multifunctional teams. Guarantee the use of continuous improvement tools for the implementation of projects. Develop and implement new products and processes. Document manufacturing.shipments processes according to our document control system. Ensure the training of new manufacturing processes for operational personnel. Coordinate transfer of production lines or machinery. Coordinate the transfer of Parker products from the platelet units. Investigate and plan investment projects for new technologies. Execute manufacturing samples for external clients. Ensure compliance with the specifications of our clients. Provide excellent service to internal and external clients. Implementation CAPEX projects.
