Grid Dynamics is looking for a Delivery Manager that will be responsible for managing multiple globally distributed teams and working for one or several clients.If you have passion for making software development teams effective, and have an excellent technical background, deep understanding of development processes, hands-on experience with delivering enterprise solutions, and proven track records of making teams successful, then you are the professional we are looking for.**Responsibilities:- Manages project/program account relationships with stakeholders- Creates and continuously updates project plans to adapt to client needs to accomplish in-time delivery, scope delivery and in budget delivery.- Manages project budget and financials.- Collaborates with sales organization on creating short, mid and long-term revenue projections.- Manages development projects and/or programs for key high-profile accounts.- Communicates high-level concepts and overall business direction succinctly to all levels of the organization.- Recommends solutions that break ground in digital interaction and is not shy away from standing behind the right solution.- Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams, builds positive relationships, and leads a multidisciplinary team toward desired results.- Structures and scopes complex digital and interactive projects with multiple workstreams.- Prioritizes project tasks based on impact and level of effort.- Works with senior-level executives and partners to provide status updates, mitigate risks and address any issues or escalations.- Organizes information quickly and summarizes it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward.**Requirements**:- You have at least seven years of experience in IT project and delivery management, with five years of experience independently leading complex projects.- You have experience in software development and digital communications across all channels and platforms, and you are proficient in the latest project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.- You can deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and you thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline processes.- You are an exceptional communicator and fluent English speaker with client facing experience- You have experience working with and leading the delivery for dispersed and cross-functional teams.- You are an exceptional communicator and fluent English speaker with client facing experience- You have experience managing driving and maintaining strategic customer relationships- You are able to understand the wider objectives of the client, and aligning project requirements to business and strategic goals.- You can develop high-performance teams- You have strong leadership and managerial skills with a proven track record- You are a team player, people oriented manager that understands that our most important asset is our people
