Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations:Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries.Support resolution of employee concerns in line with company policies and labor laws.Talent Management & Engagement:Assist in implementing engagement initiatives and retention strategies.Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.Performance Management:Help coordinate performance review cycles and provide guidance to managers.Track and report on performance metrics and development plans.HR Operations & Compliance:Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.Assist in policy implementation and communicate updates to employees.Data & Reporting:Prepare HR reports and analytics for decision-making.Monitor key HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and engagement scores.Attrition & RetentionMonitor and report voluntary attrition rate.Contribution to retention strategies (e.g., number of initiatives executed).Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of HR experience (internship or entry-level HR roles preferred).Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in MS OfficeProblem-solving and analytical thinking.Customer-focused mindset.Adaptability and willingness to learn.Team collaboration and relationship building.Employment Type: Full-timeMode: Onsite Reporting 5 daysOfrecemosHuman Partner • Mexico City Metropolitan Area, Mexico #J-18808-Ljbffr
