The Modern Workplace group is seeking an individual with a solid understanding of Site Support Services related with Computing environment for our Customer Executives.This individual will be responsible for High Level of Support Software/Hardware Break-fix.Preferably this individual will have had some hands-on experience Supporting Business Executives Demands.**Key Responsibilities**:- Proactively working incidents to maintain High Efficiency and Performance on Business Executive Users; DXC is responsible on the sustainability for VIP Users on the Customer Operation environment.- Actively working and handling VIP Users Escalations regarding Procurements, Software Licensing, and another IT Related demands to keep their environment in an excellent shape.- Actively working and handling Critical Incidents through an IT Application to meet and follow stablished SLA ´s.- Have strong Leadership and Authority to drive internal Escalations with another Collaborative Support Groups to bring Expedite Resolutions on Business Demands.- Excellent Communication Skills to work under pressure attending Business Executives Support; English conversation is a must.- Faster interactions providing replacements on Customer hardware spares (Executive Laptops, Mobile Phones, Personal Printers, MS Teams Devices) at the operation environment related with VIP Users.- High availability to attend VIP users on-site or remotely during in/out of Office hours.**Essential Skills/ Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience related with IT and Computer Sciences.- English Language, Advanced Skills.- Experience working with the technology industry, specifically handling significantly sized accounts (Windows Operative Systems, Office Applications and Network commands)- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with Executives and team members and articulate back for solutioning- Strong ability to provide technical resolution internal or external (Troubleshoot, Warranty Processes, Internal Collaborative Teams, Escalations through a 3rd party vendors).- May require evening or weekend work.- Modalidad presencial / Onsite.
