**Job Details****Responsibilities**:The Analyst (Automation and AI), Enterprise End-User Services, works with the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) technology to assess, create, and support automated solutions for the IT group.The role is a key to ensure effective solutions are delivered which drive meaningful and measurable value.The Analyst (Automation and AI), mainly work in a DEVOPS environment following Agile methodology to develop solutions and ServiceNow to follow the user support to the developed and supported solutions.**Guidelines**:- Document and diagram the existing environment and dataflows- Recommend 'to-be' process map designs using Cross-functional flowcharts.- Define configuration specifications and analysis requirements- Define requirements, creating user stories (if Agile) or Disaggregation sheets (for RPA)- System administration and user support for production issues and enhancements.- Support system roll-out activities as needed**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ IT/ Data Sciences/ Business Administration or related fields.- Strong effective working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and management.Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently, with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the RPA team- Knowledge of RPA technologies with process automation and operational excellence.- Ability to translate requirements into processes and controls- Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures- Excellent spoken and written communication.Assertive and confident raising action points with senior individuals- Ability to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential RPA solutions.- Integrate leading practices on process discovery & mapping into the day-to-day delivery of business requirements documents.- A willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other Intelligent Automation solutions.- Experience supporting business process documentation with business owners and SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) across multiple geographically disbursed teams.- Experience working with automation software (e.g., UI Path (preferred), Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).- Experience with Visualization Software (QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI, other)- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions- System integration knowledge preferred- Proactive and self-motivated- Johnson Controls does not request pregnancy or HIV testing as a requirement for admission, permanence or promotion._LI-JC1
