Join our team as a **CRM Consultant****Responsibilities**- Participate in sessions with customers and other team members to understand business rules and business process analysis.- Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements.- Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, implementers, integration and development managers, and QA teams.**Requirements**:- Bachelor Degree (Systems Engineering, Computing, Informatics / Industrial / Electronics, Administration or related)- At least 1 year of CRM experience **(Salesforce, Base, Microsoft Dynamics, Sugar etc)**:- At least 1 year of experience in Consulting environment and IT implementations- Advanced English (B2)- Communication skills- Buena Onda- Self-learning and proactivity**Desirable Skills**- Knowledge Java, PHP, HTML5, CSS, Phonegap y AMPScript.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- IT Consultant: 1 year (required)- Java, PHP, HTML5, CSS: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
