**The role**We're looking for experienced SDRs to join Predictable Revenue's team.If you have +1 years of experience as an Outbound SDR this can be the right role for you: by joining our team you'd be in charge of multi-channel prospecting and appointment setting for Account Executives on our clients' side.Our clients are SaaS tech companies across the US - we specialize in Sales Development so we're committed to generating qualified leads for our clients to connect them with the right prospects to boost their top-line revenue growth.At Predictable Revenue we have a variety of clients and you have the opportunity to work with one project at a time.As a result in the long run you gain valuable experience in different emerging lines of industries in the fast-paced tech world**What we offer you**:- Fully remote role- Work days: Monday through Friday- Schedule: 9 to 6 pm ET- OTE of 30,000 MXN = Base salary (15,000 MXN) + Commissions (15,000 MXN)**:- Internet subsidy- Equipment included- PTO (paid time off): 4 to 6 weeks yearly- Health Benefits****Important notes**: This role is hired as a CONTRACTOR for the first 6 months.You get hired as a FULL TIME PAYROLL EMPLOYEE on your 7th month based on performance and consistent quota achievement.**During the first 3 months of employment there's a grace period for commissions, you get your base salary PLUS 50% of your monthly quota (22,500 MXN in total).You can get the remaining 50% of your quota by meeting your goals.After 3 months within the role, on your 4th month, the grace period ends and your commission is based solely on quota achievement**Health benefits are applicable after 3 full months of employment and consistent results**What you'll do**:- Use your good-natured wit and charm to build relationships, break through the noise, and engage prospects- Excel in areas of research, attention to detail and personalized approach to connect with prospects- Report to Sales Managers with weekly, monthly and quarterly results- Effective and capable of working autonomously and asynchronously in a remote work environment**Experience/Qualifications**- +1 years of Outbound Sales Development experience- +1 years of cold calling- Very strong English language and communication (written and verbal) skills (minimum C1 level)**Bonus Points**- Experience with our tech stack: Apollo, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator- Worked in a startup- B2B sales experience- Personal ambitions, whether it be winning a world-class League of Legends championship or becoming a certified Bikram yoga instructor; we want people who will add their interests and experience to our thriving culture**About Predictable Revenue + Our Culture**Diverse, passionate, engaging, and driven people work hereOur community gets together during our 'Beers, Tears, and Cheers' weekly meeting (picture lots of faces, clapping, chatting, and crazy stories).We offer competitive compensation, commissions, and reimbursement for home office expenses - things like software and internet, not that big fancy Herman Miller chair you've had your eye on ;) - at PR we encourage everyone to make our company values their own:- Own Your Growth- Take Care of Each Other- Live a Balanced Life- Actions Speak For YouThis is a full-time, work from home, role that we can't wait for you to join**Salary**: $15,****** - $30,****** per month**Experience**:- Outbound Sales Development: 1 year (preferred)- B2B: 1 year (preferred)- cold calling: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
