We really believe in work/life balance and have developed a next generation work culture second to none in our industry.We are in search of an exceptional SharePoint Specialist with 3-5 years of experience and who has the attitude and aptitude to take his/her career to the next level. This is a virtual/remote position to join our growing team in Monterrey, Mexico.In this role you will work with small and midsize organizations, helping them define SharePoint/Teams deployment and migration plans as well as participating in deployment and support efforts. You will work alongside colleagues and business partners leading or helping lead successful implementation projects for clients in the US. In this role you will also participate in the definition and creation of innovative software and service offerings.This is a great opportunity for a junior SharePoint professional to develop new skills and experience working with SharePoint Online, Teams and other Microsoft modern workplace platforms across a wide variety of industries.ResponsibilitiesSupporting our sales team with pre-sales activities including assistance as subject matter expert in SharePoint deployment or migration conversations including help with SharePoint/Teams demonstrations and other pre-sales activitiesAssistance with the extraction of business requirements and the design of SharePoint/Teams project design, effort estimates and overall plansAbility to deploy and configure (no code) SharePoint and Teams leveraging built-in features and out of the box settingsPerform duties as subject matter expert along with up to date Microsoft certificationsDefine and help drive support services for our clients and end usersRequirementsSkills and qualifications:Fluency in the English language (written and spoken)3-5 years of experience in planning, deployment, customization, administration and support of SharePoint (server or online)1+ years of experience or exposure to Microsoft TeamsAbility to deliver on deadlines and work in team environments including co-workers, business partners and clientsProven ability to deliver with commitment to quality and attention to detailDesirable QualificationsAbility to customize SharePoint/Teams using low code approachesExperience with SharePoint governance plansKey Skills & Knowledge:Business analysis and documentationWorks well in a diverse/global team environmentExcellent business and technical communication skillsAbility to work well in ambiguous situationsEffective learning skillsWorking hours: office hours Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM CST).You must be able to work from home, have a quiet workspace, and have a computer and headset in good working order.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package including salary and a generous profit-sharing program which you will qualify for after 6 months.Participation in the company sales referral program.After 90 days of employment: participation in our honor system-based no-limit participation in company paid vacation and personal time policy.Allowance of up to $200 USD for a second computer display.Paid (pre-approved) training.If you want to ramp up your career, this is the opportunity you have been looking for Apply with us and see you soon #J-18808-Ljbffr
