The future is bright.Zuma Energía is part of the SPIC, one of the world's largest power generation companies, and our energy undoubtedly comes from our people.Globally, we have an installed capacity of over 200 GW and are present in more than 40 countries.We are more than 130,000 employees who combine diverse experiences and knowledge to transform energy and actively contribute to making the planet a better place.In Mexico, we have been working for comprehensive and sustainable development since ****.Our operations in the country cover 1.3 GW of installed renewable capacity, distributed among Oaxaca, Tamaulipas, Sonora, Chihuahua, and Jalisco.With the goal of being leaders and references in Mexico's energy transition process, we invest and develop cutting-edge technology to generate safe, clean, and sustainable energy, seeking at all times to have a positive impact on the places where we operate, together with the communities, as well as with our clients and partners.We are confident that by bringing together the best talent, putting safety first, and working with passion, we can go further.For us, the future is brightJob OpportunityJoin the team and take the opportunity to be part of the energy transition in Mexico.We are looking for a M&A Analyst to join the Zuma Team.General Objective of the PositionPerforming evaluations of investment opportunities in new projects through acquisitions, performing financial modeling for economic/financial valuation of investment opportunities, preparation of investment approval application materials, as well as support and follow-up of Due Diligence processes required for the acquisition of projects.Updating financial models and calculating required metrics of operating project credit agreements.Supporting cash flow planning for both operating and corporate projects by calculating and implementing project distributions, as well as seeking and obtaining working capital financing.Main responsibilities- Perform financial models that iterate all the variables that affect the value of the project, obtaining from the seller the base information of the project, complementing with market studies and valuation parameters of the shareholders;
